How to fit an apple sorting line into a small hall
This project was prepared for a farm where the key challenge was the low height of the room and limited working space. The line was individually adapted to the existing building, without the need to rebuild the entire facility.
Apple sorting line with water unloading.
Country of installation: Poland

The compact water unloading system enables gentle feeding of apples for further transport, without the risk of mechanical damage.
Despite the low room height, it was possible to maintain convenient service access and proper operator ergonomics.
The entire layout was designed to make maximum use of the available space.
After drying, the apples are transported further between two rooms by a V conveyor, through an opening specially cut in the wall.

The project shows that even small rooms can be effectively used for modern apple sorting systems.
