Intelligent blueberry sorting line
The use of artificial intelligence (Al algorithms) with innovative hybrid cameras that simultaneously analyze the fruit in the visible light spectrum by overexposing them in infrared. Knocks out fruits that are already rotting but looks healthy and discards unripe and soft fruits.

Two cameras, operating in both visible light and infrared spectrums, transmit data to a processing unit. This unit analyzes the images and compares them against programmed parameters, allowing us to identify and reject unripe and soft fruit. Our proprietary artificial intelligence system continuously learns and can be updated with new examples of blueberries to be sorted.
Our calibration units enable the sorting of fruit in various sizes. Combining 2-3 calibrators within a single sorting line provides the flexibility to segregate fruits based on sizes, including 10 mm, 12 mm, and 14 mm. The calibration belts are interchangeable. By incorporating a scale for blueberry crates or integrating the system with an automatic weighing machine, you can achieve full automation and substantially reduce operational costs.
We offer two sorting module variants: NIR16 with a capacity of up to 400 kg/h and NIR32 with a capacity of up to 800 kg/h.
Blueberry sorter NIR Berry 32
The machine is designed to sort fruit by color, diameter, and damage. The innovative in-house vision system, using near-infrared and visible light combined with machine learning, can determine the level of fruit softness. The artificial intelligence system allows the machine to be configured so that the vision algorithms are precisely adapted to the user’s fruit. The use of electromagnets as actuators for fruit rejection reduces energy consumption compared to competing solutions. A version with 16 lanes is available.

The machine enables precise weighing of packed fruit and packing into punnets at the selected weight or into 500 g buckets (shaker). The innovative use of electromagnets in mechanisms where high precision and speed are required, as well as in conveyors with oscillating motion, reduces electricity consumption. The device has 4 sections. It is supplied with a belt conveyor for transporting weighed fruit punnets. The software is developed by Green Sort in Polish. Easy operation via a touch screen. Feeding punnets into the weigher or 500 g buckets (shaker) is done manually. The inclined conveyor does not have a separate serial number or nameplate, does not operate independently, is a shared component, and is powered and controlled directly from the weigher. A version with 2 heads is available.
Round rotary table for sb/nw weigher with a diameter of 100 cm
The table acts as a buffer for weighed and packed fruit. It is mounted directly after the inclined conveyor of the 2-head weigher. It allows manual collection of packages by the operator, which are then transferred manually for pallet packing. The rotary table does not have a separate serial number or nameplate and does not operate independently. It is a shared component and is powered and controlled directly from the weigher.

Pre-sorts blueberries to the desired size using a perforated belt with openings of 12 mm and 14 mm, hole size accuracy: ±0,15 mm. Thanks to its innovative design, the calibrator allows quick replacement of the belt for a different size. It does not have a separate serial number or nameplate, does not operate independently, is a shared component, and is powered and controlled directly from the blueberry sorter.
Inspection table
The table enables final manual inspection of any potential errors after scanning and sorting blueberries by the sorter, by workers (from 1 to 4 people).
